SHILLONG: The disbanded ANVC-B has accused the State Government of “intentionally delaying” the rehabilitation packages for its cadres.
Former ANVC-B chairman Bernard Rimpu Marak recalled that the State representative in the last central-level monitoring committee meeting had assured to speed up the process and submit the list of cadres eligible to avail of the packages within one month but till today they have not received any intimation.
“It is an act of atrocity and harassment which is openly shown by State representatives who did not comply with the decision taken during a meeting in Delhi on June 21,” he said.
