London, Aug 4 (PTI) Actor Jessica Biel says becoming a mother helped her do justice to her role in the upcoming film “The Sinner”. The 35-year-old actor says giving birth to her son, Silas (now two-years-old), gave her an edge in portraying the character of a mother, who murders a stranger and is unable to recall why she did it, according to FemaleFirst. “Easier in the sense that I truly understand what it means to have a child, what the history of that looks like. You know, the actual process of it. And then what it means to be a parent. “So playing a person who commits a crime like this and then has to really deal with the repercussions of how does that look like for her family unit – that I really understand and I feel very connected to that idea,” says Biel.
