Kohima: Nagaland Chief Electoral Officer has informed that the result of the by-election of the Northern Angami-1 Assembly Constituency, result of which was declared on August 3 last, is yet to subject to final outcome.
According to an official release Nagaland Chief Electoral Officer of Abhijit Sinha has informed that the result of Byelection to the Nagaland Legislative Assembly to the Northern Angami-I (ST) Assembly Constituency, which was declared on August 3 last, is subject to the final outcome of the Special Leave Petition (C) No. 18701 of 2017 (Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee Vs. Election Commission of India & Anr.) filed before the Supreme Court, the release said. (UNI)
