Plaint against SBI over ‘personal photo’

SHILLONG: Two persons have lodged a complaint against State Bank of India for using their photograph in a hoarding.
Lapynhun Sunn and Lily Dona Diengdoh said in their complaint that the bank is using their “personal group photo” in traditional attire for its advertisements in hoardings and banners displayed in parts of the city for the last four years without their consent and permission.
