SHILLONG:S.S. Syiemlieh, Additional DC, East Jaintia Hills lodged a complaint that some persons had issued a certificate in favour of Evanda Dong in connection with the claim of coal in the data sheet of coal inventory and they had forged his signature in the certificate.
In a similar case, Advocate Emnusip Mynsoo lodged a complaint that some miscreants forged his signature in an affidavit on June 9 regarding declaration of coal ownership.
