SHILLONG: Police found an unconscious 23-year-old youth at the toilet of the Shillong Civil Hospital along with heroin.
On Sunday morning, around 1.55 am, Sunny Jyrwa was found lying in the toilet of Civil Hospital by the ward boy and produced him before Police Assistance Booth in the Hospital, police said.
The police personnel
than recovered one golden tobacco container containing suspected heroin and Rs.16,800 cash.
After medical examination he was taken to Laban Police Station for further actions.
