Swami Sarvabhutanandaji Maharaj, Trustee and Governing Body Member of Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, Belur Math takes over the Charge of Ramakrishna Mission, Shillong from the outgoing Secretary, Swami Achyuteshananda Maharaj on Janmashtami, on August 14. The latter will take charge of Ramakrishna Mission at Narottam Nagar, Arunachal Pradesh. Swami Achyuteshananda transformed the Ramakrishna Vivekananda Cultural Centre (RKMVCC) in the city from a small library and a weekly dispensary to a vibrant youth centre. Swami Sarvabhutanandaji Maharaj, said that the challenge ahead of him is to maintain the works of the outgoing secretary.
