SHILLONG: The Hynniewtrep Youth Council (HYC) on Monday, locked the office of Pragya Foundation, a registrant organisation for B.Ed courses at Pahamroh in Nongpoh, alleging that it does not have valid documents.
A delegation led by vice president, Jayson Nongrum and general secretary Hercules Suting, met the Co-ordinator of the office and found that it has not received any certificate of approval from the State Government.
The association further alleged that even after a year of operation, the company did not posses trading license from Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council.
