SHILLONG: A day after the High Court of Meghalaya quashed the advertisement and recruitment process of SF-10 commandos citing anomalies by the Home Department, Minister HDR Lyngdoh said he would seek information from the Police Department on the matter.
Speaking to media persons here on Friday, Lyngdoh said as far his knowledge there is transparency in the police recruitment.
“There is no scope for any manipulation,” he said.
The petitioner in the fresh case, Ajay Master, through his lawyer K. Paul had sought assailing the entire selection process culminating into publication of the selection list for interview on June 6 for the post of commandos and others in SF-10 pursuant to the advertisement on February 24, 2016.
