Workshop on Leadership and Communication Skills Development held

TURA: A three-day workshop on ‘Field Level Leadership Development Initiative and Communication Skills Development’ was organized by the District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) and IBDLP at the former’s conference hall at Baghmara in South Garo Hills recently.

The programme was conducted in collaboration with the resource persons trained by World Bank and Centre of Excellence for Change (CEC), Chennai.

Officials from four Community & Rural Developmental blocks attended the three-day programme which was organised with focus on leadership, team building, joint planning, communication skills development, preparation of convergence matrix, block wise action plan formulation and joint implementation strategies in convergence mode.

All the participants were felicitated with certificate of participation with a commitment from everyone to work with dedication and passion in the respective regions.
