Change in seniority of IAS officers

SHILLONG: Following the case taken up by the civil service officer of Punjab, Praveen Kumar, seniority of two Meghalaya IAS officers has been changed.
As per the recent notification of the union ministry of personnel, the year of allotment entitled for the two officers PS Dkhar and Aldous Mawlong is 2002 and not 2003.
The seniority is based on weightage formula after assessing the years of service.
