Teenager drowns in EKH

SHILLONG: A 15-year-old girl from Kim Mawphlang was reportedly drowned in a river in Pynursula, East Khasi Hills.
The incident happened on September 16 around 9.30 pm and deceased is identified as Ronita Kharshandi. Necessary formalities were observed and the matter is under enquiry.
