NONGPOH: A three-year-old boy from Umsning Lumroman, identified as Iamelahunlang Shadap, died after he reportedly fell into a small river at Lumroman under Umsning police outpost in Ri Bhoi district.
Sources said the incident happened around 1pm on Wednesday following heavy rain in the Umsning area.
