NPP to hold poster campaign against price rise

SHILLONG: The National Peoples’ Party (NPP) North Shillong constituency committee held a meeting on Thursday at Umsohsun where the rising prices of essential and other commodities was discussed.
After receiving numerous complaints the committee has decided to protest the price rise which has affected the common people.
In order to raise awareness, a poster campaign will be conducted in all localities of the Constituency.
The committee also urged the government to take immediate remedial measures.
