Meghalaya boy commits suicide in Bengaluru

SHILLONG: A local boy from Mairang committed suicide in Chikkabanawara, Bengaluru on Sunday night

Police said that the body was found at around 2 AM on Monday. The boy  reportedly took his own life by jumping under a train. The boy has been identified as   Savio Diengdoh .

Police  suspects that he took the extreme step after having some issues with his girlfriend. Sources said that he was a gold medalist at the national kick boxing championship in Kolkata in 2015.

His body will be brought to the state on Tuesday afternoon
