The sources went on to allege that there were several ugly events going on in many institutions and had surfaced also in several occasions. They even term the Tura civil hospital ward kitchen, as “Biju’s 2ndalcohol bar/pub.”

According to them the story of Hajong is just a tip of the iceberg which has exposed the inefficiency and weakness of the  authority of the hospital.

There have been allegations that he attends hospital duties in an inebriated state and sources went on to state that “he is more of trouble to all. Such a state of dangerous, disrespect medical negligence had been going on for long time under the eyes of authority.”
