SHILLONG: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a weather warning whereby thunderstorm with lightning accompanied with gusty wind with wind speed reaching (30-40) KMPH is likely to occur at isolated places on October 5 and heavy rain is very likely to occur at isolated places on October 8 2017 over Meghalaya.
