Land expansion with a imaginary wall ?

With just a metal wire net, acting as a wall for mud which was seen being dumped for land expansion , it passed through from a private residence in Lachumiere which spread on to the main road and also blocking the municipal drain making it risky for pedestrians and vehicles on Saturday.
