SHILLONG: Police has arrested one person in connection with the murder of another person in Byrnihat.
Police said that on October 22 at about 10 pm, one Jiten Nath (43) murdered Leson Teron with a dao in a Sawmill at 22 Mile, Byrnihat.
Necessary formalities have been observed and the cadaver was sent to Civil Hospital Nongpoh for post mortem examination.
