Trekking
The special rural trekking organised by Trekking Society Wahkhen will be held on November 4. The trekkers will go to Mawryngkhang, the king of stone at Wahkhen by trekking as many as 50 suspension bamboo bridges. The general body meeting and election of the new executive committee of the Meghalaya Architects Forum will be held at the State Convention Center at 10 am on November 4.
Office bearers
Triennial general body meeting of Matri Mandir, Polo Ground, was held on Sunday, and a new managing committee was constituted. Nripendra Kumar Das is the new president and Debajyoti Bhttacharjee is the general secretary.
Gorkha Secondary School Alumni Association has recently elected its office bearers and members. Singing competition
