SHILLONG: The State Council of Science, Technology & Environment (SCSTE), Meghalaya will organise a two-day State-level Children’s Science Congress at Meghalaya Agricultural Management & Extension Training Institute, 5th Mile from Tuesday. The congress will select eight best projects to represent the State in the 25th National Children’s Science Congress to be held at Science City, Gandhi Nagar, Gujarat. The theme of the Congress is ‘Science, Technology and Innovation for Sustainable Development’.
Students who secured highest marks in Science & Technology in SSLC will be also felicitated. Dr. R. C. Laloo, Deputy Chief Minister will inaugurate the programme at 11 am.
