The National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of Nabon Women’s Synod College organised a seminar on the topic ‘Cyber Crime’ on Tuesday. C. Lyngdoh, DSP City, was the resource person and L. Kma, Programme Coordinator NSS Cell, NEHU was the chief guest.

Wine fest
The 15th Shillong Wine Festival will be held at the State Central Library campus from 12 pm Saturday. Wine makers from different Northeastern states have been invited to participate.

Bust unveiling
The Durbar Shnong of Sohkha Mission Village, West Jaintia Hills District, has decided to unveil the bust of Late Akbar Khonglah, the founder and ex-headmaster of Sohkha Proceeding High School, which is now known as Sohkha Government HS School, at its Community Hall at 11 am on Friday and Saturday. Conrad Sangma, Tura MP and Prestone Tynsong, MLA Pynursla will be the chief guest and guest of honour respectively.
