Bike rally for connecting to serve

SHILLONG : The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), East Khasi Hills, organised a motor bike rally as part of the inaugural 10 days programme of National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) programme on “connecting to serve”

Meghalaya High Court Chief Justice, Dinesh Maheshwari flagged off the rally from the premises of U Soso Tham on Thursday. The DLSA, East Khasi Hills will host the 10 days programme from November 9-18 all over East Khasi hill

Speaking at the inaugural programme, the Chief Justice said, “Any duties and responsibilities which we carry out related with people at large need to have the vision to recognize, to appreciate, to understand the problem of others.”Secondly, to have the heart to care about it. You all have gathered here obviously have the vision to understand and appreciate the requirement of the needy and definitely a heart which cares about it,” he added.
