NONGSTOIN: On Sunday night around 10.30 pm, a Tata Spacio (registration No. ASO1 AC 7760) was burned down by miscreants at Tengabari.
The vehicle, parked overnight at Tengabari at an isolated place between Aradonga and Tynghor village belongs to Naresh S Marak of Nongrisan village in West Khasi Hills.
On Monday, the owner lodged an FIR at Aradonga Police outpost.
Police say inquiry is on into the matter. Till the writing of the story, no arrest has been made.
