SHILLONG: Meghalaya Chief Minister, Mukul Sangma has said that there is a threat to the federal structure of the country from the BJP which is a political front of the RSS
The statement came from the Chief Minister after woman from of Nongkrem Constituency led by Nongkrem Block Congress Committee president, John F Kharshiing met the Chief Minister in his official residence on Thursday.
During the meeting, Mukul Sangma, explained to the women and party members about the threat to the federal structure from the BJP which is a political front of the RSS. saying they want to impose their hidden agenda on a democratic country which has been built in the midst of diversity, multitude cultures and especially over 700 tribes in India.
He also urged the women members of the Congress to work hard and ensure victory for the Congress Candidate from 22-Nongkrem Assembly Constituency
