Demonstration
In response to the call of National Federation of Postal Employees, New Delhi; the postal employees of Shillong under the banner of NFPE, will observe a two-day Lunch hour demonstration in front of Divisional Office, Shillong to achieve 15 point charter of demands .A resolution will be sent by the Divisional Secretaries to the Prime Minister of India with an urge to settle the problems of the postal employees . All the employees are requested to attend the programme.

Meeting
The Meghalaya Upper Primary School Teachers Association State Level held its Central Executive Committee on November 25 at the Aiti Belti New Hope Restaurant (opp KJP Assembly Centre), Barik at 11:40 am. The meeting discussed about four agendas and in one of the agendas the CEC unanimously decided to celebrate the Silver Jubilee (25 years) of the Association on December 5, 2018. The association resolved to publish the Souvenir as a mark of its 25 years of celebration and was entrusted on the Jubilee Committee to thoroughly prepare the same. It was presided by state president K Shadap.

Blood donation
The NSS unit of St Anthony’s College in collaboration with Nazareth Hospital, NEIGHRIMS, MACS, NSS cell NEHU and SBTC will organise a voluntary blood donation camp on November 29 in the conference hall of the college auditorium at 9:30 am.
