SHILLONG: S.D. Ramsiej, UDP candidate from Umroi constituency whose name was recently announced by the UDP, will join NPP along with his supporters on Tuesday.
Though UDP had announced the candidature of Ramsiej, the ticket was later allotted to Mangkara Pathaw, son of former chief minister JD Rymbai.
