SHILLONG: BJP’s National General Secretary Ram Madhav will discuss the finalisation of candidates for the Assembly polls during his meeting with state party leaders in Shillong on December 9.
State BJP president Shibun Lyngdoh said on Wednesday that the issues related to selection of candidates will figure in the meeting but added that declaration of candidates will be made at the end of December or in the first week of January.
The meeting may also discuss the date of joining of some MLAs to the party.
