JOWAI: The Office the District Horticulture, West Jaintia Hills organised a one day exhibition at Ladthadlaboh Playground (Daimasi), Jowai to help farmer’s exhibit their products at the same time to boost their spirit to further increase their productivity through such exhibitions. H Lyngdoh, Director of Horticulture, was the chief guest and SC Laloo, additional deputy commissioner, West Jaintia Hills district as the guest of honour.
Addressing the farmers at the exhibition, Lyngdoh encouraged the farmers to embrace changes in order to increase their productivity. She also encouraged them to visit the Horticulture office, KVK office in case of any doubt or problems and to always have a competitive spirit.
I Paswet, Jt. Director Horticulture, Shillong, MJ Syngkon officer of KVK, District Horticulture Officer East Jaintia Hills, BM Majaw, District Horticulture Officer, West Jaintia Hills, Officers and staff of the DHO were also present.
