SHILLONG: Margret Dkhar lodged a complaint against two persons namely Ste Swer and Da Rymbai for illegally extracting coal from her land at Rymbai Shken Shynriah in East Jaintia Hills.One held On December 5, Parbir Shresta (24) was arrested, while illegally extracting coal in violation of NGT order at Shken Shynriah Area (EJH).
