SHILLONG: Making his first election campaign as a People’s Democratic Front (PDF) member, Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council (KHADC) Chief Executive Member (CEM) PN Syiem will address the public gathering at Madan Khawang, Ummulong, Jaintia Hills on Wednesday.
The meeting also seeks to highlight the people coming from various villages under Nartiang constituency on the issues that the PDF is fighting for.
On Tuesday, PDF will welcome Syiem at a public gathering at 5th Ground, Polo.
Syiem has resigned as an MLA on December 15, a day after the conclusion of the Assembly session and on the following day resigned from the Congress party.
