Man drowns in NGH
Umesh Ray drowned in Ildek River at Nakachikong, Adokgre in North Garo Hills. Ray had gone for a picnic with friends when the incident happened. Efforts are on to retrieve the body.
Two-wheeler stolen
On December 25 around 6 pm, miscreants stole one scooty (ML-05H-2313) belonging to Rista Mary Nongrum from her residence at Lummarboh, Nongrah.
