SHILLONG: The HSPDP Mawryngkneng Constituency committee will extend its support to UDP party after the HSPDP reviewed the Mawryngkneng seat which earlier went to Blatsbor Kharpran.
In a statement issued here, president of HSPDP Mawryngkneng Constituency committee said after the HSPDP was “betrayed” by Kharpran, the HSPDP Mawryngkneng Constituency decided to support UDP candidate, Pynkhlainborlang Mukhim.
It may be mentioned that Kharpran’s name was featured in the second list of HSPDP candidates but complaints were received against him which prompted them to review the nomination for the seat.
