No arrest in Kynpham stabbing case

SHILLONG: Police are yet to arrest anyone in connection with the attack on Kynpham N. Syiem, the elder brother of KHADC chief executive member Pynshngain N Syiem, on Wednesday night.
Police said on Saturday they have not been able to arrest anyone and they are trying to trace the location of the three suspects who stabbed Kynpham at Dangar, a border area in Mawsynram. The investigating officer has conducted raids in different places.
Kynpham had alleged that the people who attacked him were supporters of the Congress.
