SHILLONG: The BJP is likely to finalise the names of the party’s candidate fir Meghalaya Assembly election on Thursday.
Informing this here on Wednesday, the BJP State president, Shibun Lyngdoh said that the names would be released most probably on Thursday night or Friday.
He said that he had sent the names of all the candidates from all the 60 constituencies to the central leadership.
For finalization of names of poll candidates , Shibun Lyngdoh also flew to New Delhi.
He also claimed that the party had received multiple applications of aspirants from every Assembly constituency in the state.
