Moonlight files his papers on Saturday

JOWAI: UDP candidate from Jowai, Moonlight Pariat filed his nomination papers on Saturday. The West Jaintia Hills Election office has received only one Nomination papers so far whereas no papers files in East Jaintia Hills till Saturday.
Speaking to media persons after filling the papers, Pariat informed that Water Supply Schemes from Umngot and river Myntdu is one of his focus beside completion of the Iawmusiang market project and to set up an institute for skill development course in order to help educated youth to start their own job as the opportunity of getting government jobs is very low these days.
 Hundreds of his supporters accompanied him to DC’s Office and back to his home by walking.
Moonlight will contest against NPP candidates, Wailadki Shylla and INC candidate, Awhoi Andrew Shullai the JHADC Chief.
