Assam CM confident of BJP win

SHILLONG: Assam Chief Minister and BJP leader, Sarbananda Sonowal , expressed confidence that the BJP will win the elections in Meghalaya.
The Assam chief minister on Wednesday, addressed a rally at Nartiang in West Jaintia Hills, where he said that the real development should also be brought to Meghalaya at a time when whole nation is moving forward as far as development is concerned.
Asking the people to throw the Congress and replace it with BJP, he said that the party will fulfill all the promises which were made in its Mission document.
He urged the people of the region should make efforts to translate the dreams which Prime Minister Narendra Modi has seen under Act East policy into reality.
