CM has no vote, Mukul only one

SHILLONG: Chief Minister Conrad Sangma cannot vote in the Assembly as he is not an elected member while former chief minister Mukul Sangma, who won from two seats, can vote only once during the election for the post of the Assembly Speaker on Monday.
Conrad is yet to relinquish the post of Tura MP as there is six months’ time while the deadline for Mukul to give up one of the seats is March 17.
