GNC thanks voters

TURA: The Garo National Council (GNC) expressed appreciation to all voters from Garo Hills who voted for the party’s candidates in the recently concluded assembly polls.
The party had put up candidates in six Garo Hills constituencies namely, Mahendraganj, Salmanpara, Gambegre, Rongara-Siju, Chokpot and Baghmara.
“Although our party candidates could not achieve their goals in the elections, I am very grateful to the citizens of Garo Hills and would like to request all the electorates to kindly co-operate with the GNC for the prosperity of the region,” GNC President in West Garo Hills, Kalpana D Sangma said.
