SC to hear TN Cauvery plea on Monday

New Delhi: The Supreme Court will hear later on Monday Tamil Nadu’s plea seeking contempt proceedings against the Centre for its failure to set up the Cauvery Management Board (CMB).”We will hear it on Monday and resolve the issue,” a bench headed by Chief Justice Deepak Mishra said after Advocate G. Umapathy, appearing for the Tamil Nadu government, mentioned the matter for an early hearing.(IANS)
