Jirang legislator distributes relief in storm-hit villages

SHILLONG: Jirang MLA Sosthenes Sohtun distributed relief materials to the storm-affected villages in Ri Bhoi.
Sohtun informed that hundreds of families and school buildings were affected in the rain and hailstorm on Tuesday morning. Inclement weather continues to create havoc in the state.
Some of the affected villages are Old and New Tasku, Warmawsaw, Umlangniang, Nongdong and Umsohpai.
