SHILLONG: A group of low-rung police personnel has petitioned Chief Minister Conrad Sangma requesting him to post three officers out of the police headquarters. The memorandum said extension of services of the incumbent DGP SB Singh has not contributed much to the department. It also said ADGP Rana has been posted in the same place for many years. According to the letter, AIG Iangrai is in the post even before he got promotion even as the letter added that AIG Momin is the same post for so long.
