Impersonators
Shyamlal Gautam of United Bank of India (UBI), Jail Road Branch, Shillong, lodged a complaint that on July 10, 2010, three persons Sixple Marak, Rakman Marak and James Topno impersonated as employees of Civil Defence & Home Guards, Govt. of Meghalaya and availed loans from the bank amounting Rs 3 lakh each.

Body found
On May 19 around 9 am, body of Sylvester Mawrie (25) was found hanging in his residence at Nongrah Nonglum Block-C under Rynjah Police Station , Shillong. Necessary formalities were observed and the matter is under

enquiry.
Abduction
Akmera A Sangma lodged a complaint that on May 17 around 3.30 am, her husband, Rabi T Sangma forcibly took away her one-year-old minor son Jerang Asato A Sangma and fled away.

Missing
Ratan Ch Marak of Mendipathar lodged an FIR that his daughter Subrata Banik (21) was found missing since May 17.

Theft
Hemendra Kumar Borah lodged a complaint that on May 14, miscreants broke into his house at Bivar Road, Shillong and stole gold jewellery, two LPG cylinders and two copper utensils.

Wildlife trap camera missing
S Lamare, Beat Forest Officer i/c Ratacherra Wildlife (EJH) that on May 10, a Wildlife Monitoring Trap Camera which was installed at Narpuh Sanctuary (EJH), was found missing from the place of installation.

Assault
Marbiang Passah lodged a complaint that on May 10, Bahnah Lyngdoh assaulted his brother-in-law, Tony Passah causing injuries to him. The victim was shifted to GNRC Guwahati for treatment.
