NONGSTOIN: A fourteen-year-old girl of Nongriangsih village was raped by Donborlang Marthong of Pormawthaw village in Riangdo, West Khasi Hills.
The grandmother of the minor Martina also informed the Riangdo police over phone regarding the incident. Sources said that the accused raped the minor during the month of November 2017 in one of the forest at Riangsih village and again on February in his house at Pormawthaw village.
In this connection, legal action was taken up and effort is made to arrest the accused person.
