Farmers protest a Congress conspiracy: Giriraj Singh

Patna:  Minister of State for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Giriraj Singh on Wednesday dubbed the protests by farmers in the country as a “Congress conspiracy”.
“The ongoing protests by farmers in some parts of the country are a Congress conspiracy,” Giriraj Singh said at an event in Sheikhpura district.
He said the farmers’ protest was supported only by a few.
The farmers’ 10-day protest started on June 1. They are demanding remunerative prices for farm produce as well as a loan waiver.(IANS)
