Police vehicle injures man in WKH

NONGSTOIN: One person identified as John Robert Nongsiej was injured after his vehicle (Maruti Alto) hit a Police Gypsy at Sohwanthiang village on NH-44E in West Khasi Hills.
Sources informed that the police vehicle (ML02 0252) was escorting Chief Investor Promotion Centre Anoop Shrivastava to Nongstoin.
The driver of the Maruti Alto was taken to Nongstoin civil hospital for treatment.
Police is investigating the matter.
