Rao named CEO of natl e-governance division

SHILLONG: MS Rao, additional chief secretary in charge Home (Police), will leave for Delhi on Thursday on central deputation.
He has been appointed the CEO of National E-governance Division, under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.
