SHILLONG: Convener of Ranikor Block Congress Committee, Prosperous K. Nongmin informed that the party will continue to work hard to ensure that a candidate is fielded from the party for the by-election.
In a statement issued here on Thursday, Nongmin said that the Congress is united and added that the party is continuing its efforts to strengthen its base in Ranikor following the resignation of Martin Danggo.
Nongmin is hopeful that the people of the constituency will continue to support the party as it had done so in the last 20 years.
