Assessment camp for PwDs held in NGH

TURA: A two-day assessment camp for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) under ADIP scheme was held at Resubelpara and Kharkutta under North Garo Hills district on July 4 and 5 respectively.
The camp was organised by the office of Commissioner for persons with disabilities, Shillong in tandem with District Social Welfare Officer, Resubelpara and State Resource Centre on Disability Affairs & ALIMCO, Kanpur.
During the assessment camp around three hundred and twenty-two Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) with different types of physically challenges were assessed by experts.
