TURA:  The West Garo Hills Deputy Commissioner (Supply) has informed the citizens of the district that District Grievance Redressal Officer (DGRO) has been identified at each District and Sub-Divisions to address issues pertaining to National Food Security Act, 2013 (NFSA, 2013).

Therefore, the citizens can avail the following mechanism to find information or lodge their complaints and grievances at Public Distribution System (PDS) Grievances Redressal Mechanism Toll Free Number 1967 or 1800-345-3670 or Whatsapp number 9402327737 and can also check from website www.megprams.gov.in for complaints while detailed information can be obtained from http://megfcsca.gov.in.
